Sri Gnanamurugan Foundry operates from a 35,000 sq. ft. facility at 21c Cluster Park 1, Arasur, within the Cosmafan Foundry Cluster — a working foundry district rather than a standalone unit. That matters in practice: pattern shops, machine shops and raw material suppliers are all close by, which shortens the time between a drawing landing on our desk and a finished casting leaving it.
Coimbatore itself is one of South India's densest concentrations of pump, motor and textile machinery manufacturers — the exact customer base grey iron and ductile iron castings are made for. Being inside that ecosystem, rather than shipping into it from elsewhere, is why pump and textile machinery castings have been part of our output since the foundry was established in 1992.
